Employee Costings
|
The Employee Module allows for the creation of the following:
- Individual staff costing including NI and superannuation calculations, pay scales, TLR rates and hours worked.
- The ability for an individual to have more than one job role e.g. a teacher and midday supervisor.
- The facility to apportion costs of an individual to different areas of the school.
- The ability to turn an individual staff record ‘on and off’ e.g. some staff are only employed for part of the year.
- The ability to cost and save different scenarios without changing the core data.
- The ability to calculate maternity and sickness costs in line with standard conditions.
- Annual salary statements on an individual basis.
- Report on all data within the employee module.
