Budget Monitoring
|
- The software allows for the import of actual income and expenditure from the school MIS system.
- The system provides a full analysis (including bench marking) between the submitted budget and the school's actual spend. This analysis is performed monthly and uses the school's current budget to calculate the actual remaining spend available.
- The system allows the manual intervention at the budget monitoring phase to allow known income/expenditure not yet recorded in the school's MIS systems to be considered as part of the expected outturn.
